Duke University Athletics Chooses NeuLion as Its Ticketing Provider
Duke University Athletics Expands NeuLion Partnership to Encompass Web and Video Publishing, Total Ticketing and Donor Management
By marketwire

PLAINVIEW, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 03/09/10 -- NeuLion, Inc. (TSX: NLN), an end-to-end provider of technology services, today announced a new multi-year partnership with Duke University Athletics. The agreement utilizes NeuLion's Total Ticketing solution for all ticket-based events at Duke's athletic venues.

NeuLion's turnkey ticketing solution allows Duke, and its other college partners, to manage its own ticketing program and access vital information like: full account profiles, purchases, seat availability and invoicing. With this agreement, Duke replaces its previous ticketing provider with NeuLion's service, offering the opportunity to maximize ticket sales and attendance while better serving fans, donors and alumni.

The ticketing solution rounds out the other NeuLion services used by Duke Athletics including: Web and Video Publishing, Donor Management, Online DVD Store, Web Streaming and Auction.

NeuLion's Sports Media Platform ties data for ticketing, web publishing and donors into a single database -- a 'One Fan Profile.' Integrating these solutions better identifies customers, targets offers based on purchases and rewards buying loyalty -- allowing Duke University Athletics to easily manage and grow its business.

"Our Sports Media Platform is simple for the schools to use and is designed by sports experts in the ticketing industry to eliminate traditional system headaches. Schools are turning to NeuLion because they are seeing greater revenue potential and we make it easy for them to grow their business," said Chris Wagner, Executive Vice President of NeuLion.

NeuLion works with its partners to create broadcasting networks and also provides a complete sports media and fan-centric web platform. As a leader in ticketing software, NeuLion is helping Duke and other college athletic departments such as Mississippi State, Ohio University and others across the country.
