After helping more than 110 entrepreneurs in opening and growing their respective internet marketing agencies, SearchMarketMe has opened its training and support program -- and its network of Agency Owners -- to include owners of existing marketing agencies who are looking to add internet marketing capabilities, and to owners of existing internet marketing agencies who are looking for better stability and more predictable growth.
"Our program was originally built to help people open internet marketing agencies from scratch," commented SearchMarketMe's President & CEO, Boyd Karren. "However, we've been receiving an increasingly large number of inquiries from owners of existing agencies who want access to the training and support system we provide."
Most notably, SearchMarketMe has created a unique collaborative model, "The Money U SearchMarketMe's "Money U" which allows small agencies to tap into larger and deeper sales and fulfillment resources across the Agency Owner Network, allowing each agency to easily expand their revenue-generating capacity and operate like a much larger firm.
"Most owners of small marketing firms have particular strengths in either finding work or completing work," explained Karren, "and it's difficult to get ahead in business trying to do both things at the same time. Either they spend too much time looking for work and not enough time getting work done, or too much time doing work and not enough time looking for work. That leads to problems like uneven work flow and uneven cash flow. However, the SearchMarketMe Money U model allows each Agency Owner to spend time doing the things they are best at, while working collaboratively with other Agency Owners who have complementary strengths. Working this way really expands earning capacity and provides workflow smoothing and better predictability for a small marketing agency."
In addition to the Money U model, owners of existing marketing agencies have been drawn to the comprehensive training and full-time support offered by SearchMarketMe in three primary categories: Technical know-how across all six channels of internet marketing, Sales training for selling internet marketing services and business management training specific for operating small marketing agencies.
"There's nothing else like it, anywhere," said SearchMarketMe's Director of Education Will Rak, referring to the SearchMarketMe Agency Owner program. "If someone opened a marketing agency on their own, it's probably because they have a particular technical skill like web design or graphic design. But they come to find out pretty quickly that just having technical skill in something doesn't easily translate into success in operate a business that provides technical work. That's why owners of existing agencies are searching for and finding SearchMarketMe. They want help in stabilizing and growing their businesses, and they want the training and support we provide, as well as access to our large peer network."
"We welcome owners of existing marketing firms into our program as readily as individuals who want to start agencies from scratch," added Karren. "The collective experience and wisdom in our program can help anyone achieve greater success."
