DMN Newswire--2009-3-11--Framecaster (www.framecaster.com), an award-winning developer of digital video solutions, today announced that it has partnered with ChinaCache, a leading global content delivery network (CDN) service provider, to provide an integrated encoding and distribution solution to video aggregators. Framecaster will work closely with ChinaCache to roll out the solution to the China market.
