Mobal World Phone customers have recently taken part in a survey that aims to establish an emotional connection between a their phone and their vacation. The results from the survey found that the World Phone acted as an insurance policy, and at times a comfort blanket, which customers relied on for their peace of mind.
The research helped gain some positive feedback about customers thoughts and their emotional connections with the World Phone.
The feedback, which has understandably given Stephen Trenery, Editor in Chief, at Mobal something to smile about, is welcomed. He said of the latest customer findings: Of course this is great news. Its now obvious that its more than just a phone to most people. Its fact that we have a super reliable international calling system which our customers use, and its this reliability in our service that our customers find to be most beneficial to them.
The survey also wanted to discover any possible link between phone use and vacation experiences. While most Mobal customers avoided taking part in any vacation horror stories, some were not so lucky. Most of the common instances of disruption to their vacation have been;
- Through injuries and illness
- Getting lost whilst exploring
- Missed transport connections
- Lost luggage
- Delays and cancellations to flights
However, not all were down-hearted and ended up enjoying their vacations regardless of these slight inconveniences, and some are even writing about their experiences to be published on the Mobal website.
When things go wrong they have the potential to ruin a vacation. Luckily our Mobal World Phone users sorted their problems and carried on enjoying themselves. Some of them have even decided to tell their vacation stories to us which well feature on our website soon, Stephen Trenery advised.
